What is your return/exchange policy for online orders?
Returns are accepted for online purchases within 30 days from the shipped date. We do not accept returns for refunds in store, however we will exchange your item for a different product or store credit only. If there are any issues with your order, send us an email through our Contact page or e-mail at email@example.com. We will respond to you at our earliest convenience.
What is your return/exchange policy for in-store purchases?
For in-store purchases at our Shaye Collezioni boutique, returns are not accepted however we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days for a different product or store credit as long as merchandise is unworn, in resalable condition with the original tags attached.
All sale and discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, hosiery and jewellery are final sale and no exchanges or refunds will be provided on these items for both online and in-store purchases.
