What is your return/exchange policy for online orders?

Returns are accepted for online purchases within 30 days from the shipped date. We do not accept returns for refunds in store, however we will exchange your item for a different product or store credit only. If there are any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us at 289-597-0780, send us an email through our Contact page or e-mail us at info@shayecollezioni.com. We will respond to you at our earliest convenience.

Do you restock items that have been sold out?

Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items, however for popular items, we may replenish them.  Please come back to visit us soon as we are continuously updating our web store with new merchandise.

Why is there different prices when the product is the same?

Our prices reflect the manufacturer cost price depending on the vendor and designer brand.  You will notice that for certain items, the bigger the size, the higher the price.

I chose an item based on size, but when I click on the product to purchase the item, it is not showing the size I want on the drop down menu.  Why is this?

The product you chose may have come in the selected size, however it may have recently been sold.  Our inventory system will not reflect this instantly as it will take time to reflect these changes.  The best way is to check back again, in the case that the item has been replenished.

When will I receive my order?

For Canadian orders, Canada Post guarantees delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. US orders will take approximately 7-10 business days. For other countries, international expedited shipping may vary according to country, please contact us to arrange the best possible option for your order. Please note that once items are shipped out, we cannot control your countries customs procedures.

Where can I pick up my order in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)?

Anyone that would like to pick up their order as to avoid shipping cost can do so at our head office location in Vaughan listed below.  Please choose the store pick-up option and note that pickups are at the below location and not at our boutique location.

I am trying to place an order, but I am getting an error message under SHIPPING METHOD stating "sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time."

As we ship internationally, we are aware that some countries do not have ZIP/Postal Codes.  If you encounter this problem, try entering 000 in the ZIP/Postal Code field.  If you are still experiencing difficulties, please give us a call at (289) 597-0780 and we will be happy to assist you with placing your order.

I am trying to get a quote and my country has no ZIP/Postal Code which is a required field.  How do I bypass this problem?

Please give us a call at (289) 597-0780 as we will make arrangements to make this field optional for your specific location.

What is your return/exchange policy for in-store purchases?

For in-store purchases at our Shaye Collezioni boutique, returns are not accepted however we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days for a different product or store credit as long as merchandise is unworn, in resalable condition with the original tags attached.

All sale and discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, hosiery and jewellery are final sale and no exchanges or refunds will be provided on these items for both online and in-store purchases.

How do returns work for online purchases?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days from the shipped date by mailing the merchandise to the following address.  Please send us an email at info@shayecollezioni.com where we will provide you with a Return Number and further instructions.

Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. At this time, the return label is not prepaid therefore you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please allow 3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Merchandise must be in original, resalable condition and not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.

All sale and discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, hosiery and jewellery are final sale.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.  As we process orders so quickly, once an order has been placed, it cannot be interrupted. If you forgot to add an item to your order, please place a separate order. If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to wait until it is received and then return it for a refund.
